Where supply is held
Each Rune's supply sits in one public reserve address and is released only against a verified burn.

A Rune in circulation counts only if it traces to a real Solana burn of the same amount, sent to the address that burner chose, and claimed once. Rebuild the set from both chains and you'll reach the same result.
